Elias's Story

"Great athletes don't just train hard. They train intelligently."

Elias is an experienced athlete, former CrossFitter and entrepreneur with a genuine passion for performance. He approaches his health the same way he approaches his businessβ€”through data. From continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and heart rate variability (HRV) to regular blood work and advanced performance tracking, he leaves very little to chance.

After taking a short break from training, Elias came to Peak Human Performance with two clear goals: get leaner and build as much lean muscle mass as possible.

From our very first sessions, I realised that traditional fat-loss conditioning wasn't the right solution for him. Years of CrossFit had conditioned him to thrive on high training volumes, and psychologically he needed a programme that delivered both intensity and purpose while remaining focused on hypertrophy.

That challenge inspired me to create an entirely new training system.

The result was The Tribute Seriesβ€”one of my favourite hypertrophy programmes and a tribute to my late mentor, John "Mountain Dog" Meadows. Built across three progressive phases, it combines partials, drop sets, isometric holds and other advanced techniques to maximise time under tension (TUT) and stimulate every possible avenue of muscle growth.

Elias embraced the programme from day one.

His dedication, combined with meticulous attention to recovery and performance monitoring, produced an outstanding transformation. His physique became leaner, fuller and noticeably more muscular, proving that intelligent programming can outperform simply doing more work.

More importantly, the Tribute Series has since become one of the signature training systems used at Peak Human Performance, helping countless other clients build muscle while continuing the training philosophy inspired by John Meadows.

Sometimes the greatest transformations don't just change the athleteβ€”they create a better system for everyone who follows.
