A Unique Playgound
You may ask yourself what makes Peak unique? is it the unique dumbbell set, the machine selection done by late mentor Charles Poliquin, the special selection of barbells and myriad of attachments etc, the unique 30m long track or is it the interior design?
Believe me when I tell you it's none of the above. We as human beings we are just impressed first few times we come into a new space after that initial phase we accommodate to anything. What remains are only two things:
- How is my experience?
- How are my results?
Anything else is secondary.
However there are plenty of reasons why the equipment we have is still unique, continue reading below.

The story behind our unique set of dumbbells
It all began in 2013, when I invested in three pairs of Watson dumbbells to test them and that failed to meet my expectations. Despite their price, they developed rust, had overly aggressive knurling, protruding screws and an imprecise rotating mechanism. I began designing what I believed would be the perfect dumbbell but never found the right manufacturing partner.
In 2016, Sebastian, a friend who was colleague, contacted me and asked if he could pursue the project. I shared all my design ideas, and together they became reality.
The result is a beautifully engineered dumbbell.
These aren't just dumbbellsβthey represent our philosophy that excellence comes from obsessing over every detail. At Peak Human Performance, even the equipment reflects our commitment to quality, performance and engineering precision.

Key Features

- Perfectly balanced construction, giving every repetition a smooth, natural feel.
- Designed by coaches, engineered by craftsmen, combining years of coaching experience with German engineering precision.
Specialist Barbells
Most commercial gyms rely on a standard Olympic barbell, with perhaps one or two specialty barsβalmost always finished in black.
At Peak Human Performance, we've built one of the most comprehensive collections of custom white VA7 specialist barbells. Beyond their striking appearance, they represent our commitment to creating a truly unique training environment where every piece of equipment has a specific purpose. We do have as well two very special bars from Bandbell. Both bars produce different kind of oscillation for rehab and CNS optimisation or just for some variety and fun.
From building strength and muscle to reducing joint stress and improving athletic performance, each bar has been carefully selected because it solves a different training challenge.

Our collection includes:
- 50 mm Fat Grip Cambered Bar β Maximises grip, forearm and upper-body strength while reducing shoulder stress.
- Football Cambered Bar β Neutral-grip pressing for safer shoulders and greater upper-body development.
- 50 mm Short Fat Bar β Ideal for grip strength, arm development and rehabilitation.
- Poliquin Neutral-Grip Curl Bar β Joint-friendly design for comfortable arm training.
- Poliquin Supinated/Pronated Curl Bar β Multiple grip positions for complete biceps and forearm development.
- Farmer's Walk Handles with three interchangeable grip diameters β Develop grip strength, trunk stability and real-world carrying capacity.
- Olympic Hex Bar (2200 mm) β Designed for heavy deadlifts, carries and total-body strength.
- Compact Hex Bar (2000 mm) with adjustable handle widths and grip angles β Adapts to different body types while minimising unnecessary joint stress.
- Rhino Flex bar (2200mm) in 50mm diameter offering oscillations even at higher loads.
- Earthquake Bar (2000mm) also in 50mm diameter and offering great oscillations even with smallest loads.
Finished in Peak's signature white, these barbells are as distinctive as they are functional. They symbolise our philosophy that excellence lies in the details and that every training tool should help clients move better, lift better and perform better.
Strength Equipment
At Peak Human Performance, every machine has been chosen with purpose.
Our strength floor is built around two of the world's finest manufacturers: Atlantis Strength from Canada and Prime Fitness USA. Together, they offer exceptional biomechanics, smooth resistance profiles and outstanding build qualityβallowing us to coach everyone from beginners to elite athletes with absolute precision.
The equipment selection was heavily inspired by the legendary training facility of my late mentor, Charles R. Poliquin, in Colorado Springs. In fact, Charles personally reviewed my equipment list and helped me place the very first orders, ensuring that Peak was built on the same principles of quality, functionality and performance that made his facility world-renowned.

Atlantis Strength
Manufactured in Canada, Atlantis machines are renowned for their exceptionally robust construction, using 3β4 mm thick steel throughout the frame. Their unmatched rigidity, smooth biomechanics and outstanding durability make them a favourite among elite training facilities worldwide.
Many of the machines were originally developed in collaboration with my late mentor, Charles R. Poliquin, whose philosophy was simple: every machine should enhance athletic performance, not just move weight. The result is equipment that feels incredibly natural, functional and effective.

The story behind our Atlantis equipment is one that means a great deal to me.
Charles personally introduced me to GG, Atlantis' International Sales Manager, when I was designing Peak Human Performance. Although Charles sadly passed away about six months before I finally placed the order, his influence was present throughout the entire process.
GG went far beyond what I expected. He redesigned machines to fit our available space and access routes, and regularly sent me videos from the factory showing our equipment being welded and assembled.
One day I asked him,
"Do you take this level of care with every client?"
He smiled and replied,
"No."
Curious, I asked,
"Then why are you taking such great care of me?"
His answer was one I'll never forget.
"Because Charles asked me to."
That moment reminded me that Peak Human Performance is more than a facility. It carries forward the standards, values and pursuit of excellence that Charles spent his lifetime building.
Finished in Peak's signature white, our Atlantis equipment creates a bright, elegant training environment that feels as premium as it performs.
Every machine at Peak is a tribute to world-class engineering, decades of coaching experience and the legacy of one of the greatest strength coaches the industry has ever known.

Prime USA
At Peak Human Performance, we complement our Atlantis equipment with Prime Fitness USA, one of the world's most innovative manufacturers of plate-loaded strength equipment.
Recommended by my late mentor, Charles R. Poliquin, Prime machines are unique because they allow us to adjust the resistance curve of an exercise. Instead of the load remaining constant throughout the movement, we can selectively increase the challenge where you are strongest or reduce it where you are mechanically weaker.
This flexibility allows us to:
- Match the strength curve to the individual athlete.
- Maximise muscle recruitment throughout the entire range of motion.
- Target specific portions of an exercise depending on the training goal.
- Reduce unnecessary joint stress while maintaining a high training stimulus.
- Continuously vary the training stimulus, helping clients overcome plateaus and continue progressing.
For us, Prime machines are more than beautifully engineered equipmentβthey are precision coaching tools.
By combining Atlantis' exceptional biomechanics with Prime's adjustable resistance technology, we can individualise every exercise to the client's anatomy, goals and stage of trainingβone of the many ways we coach people, not programmes.

Engineered to Elevate Training
At Peak Human Performance, we believe training should never become repetitive, inefficient, or limited by conventional tools.
We are currently developing a new line of specialist equipment β designed to expand training possibilities, increase effectiveness, and bring intelligence back into every session.
A New Standard of Training Tools
This is not about adding more equipment. Itβs about creating better tools β tools that make every repetition more effective.
